Refund Policy

Recognizing the unpredictable nature of travel, we’ve established a refund policy that is equitable and customer-centric.
Reservation Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund minus a 20% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
- 24 to 48 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled service: No refunds are available, except under extenuating circumstances.
Extenuating Circumstances
Life’s unpredictability can sometimes affect your travel plans. In cases of severe weather conditions, sudden illness, or other extenuating circumstances, we may provide a full refund or credit towards a future booking at our discretion. Documentation may be required for processing.
Service Cancellations by Quik Luxury Transportation Ltd.
Although rare, there may be instances where we need to cancel a service due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these situations, customers will be immediately notified, and a full refund will be issued. Customers may also opt to reschedule their service at no additional cost.
No-Shows
Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notification will be regarded as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided. If you anticipate a delay in your arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refund Processing
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to bahamar@qluxurytransport.com within 7 days from the scheduled service date. Please include your booking reference number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
