Know before you book
- Arrival delays are covered for up to three hours after the original arrival time when communicated promptly.
- For departures, arrive 2.5 to 3 hours before the flight. Guests confirmed for Global Entry should arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before departure.
- U.S. preclearance cannot be fast-tracked. The concierge meets the guest again after that queue.
- There is currently no VIP departure lounge included with this service.
Cancellation terms
- More than 48 hours before service: full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before service: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before service: non-refundable, with a $25 cancellation fee per listed traveler.
