How will the guest ride?
This one answer determines which vehicle can serve you safely, so we ask it before anything else.
If the guest transfers to a regular vehicle seat, use our standard transfer booking and enter the folded device details there.
Accessible service menu and pricing
Prices include 10% VAT. Transfers are priced per vehicle and city tours per hour. Final confirmation follows a compatibility review of your device, companions, and luggage.

Airline in-terminal wheelchair assistance
Wheelchair help inside the airport terminal — to and from the gate — is arranged through your airline, not through QLT. Lynden Pindling International Airport advises contacting your airline at least 48 hours before travel.
Airport VIP Fast Track
A separate QLT service: personal meet and assist through eligible airport queues. It does not include an accessible vehicle.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard
A free, discreet way to signal at participating airports, including LPIA, that a traveler may need more time or patience. It is not a wheelchair or transport service.
